Lunch For Less at Iggs in Edinburgh’s Old Town

Lunch For Less at Iggs in Edinburgh’s Old Town
By Jennifer 12th Jun 2008

Iggs Restaurante in Edinburgh’s old town have launched their new summer lunch menu, where diners can experience exquisite Spanish cuisine for less than £15.  Serving up culinary delights such as the selection of air dried Spanish meats, slow braised pork belly and the vegetarian Cabbage bomb, the restaurant stays true to its Spanish roots whilst ensuring the dishes served have a contemporary, Scottish influence. A Spanish Tarte de Santiago and delicious Chocolate Trio for two make up the dessert menu whilst an excellent Spanish wine list perfectly complements the delicious food.

Fronted by Spaniard Iggy Campos, the elegant restaurant has become a favourite in the Capital for traditional Spanish cuisine. Consisting of simple, well constructed modern dishes and accompanied by the finest ingredients sourced from Spain, the result is Scottish fare with a contemporary Spanish edge designed to satisfy and inspire.

Still very much influenced by the owners Spanish roots, Iggs offers a taste of regional Spain at affordable prices.

Lunch at Iggs is priced at £14.50 for two courses and £17.50 for three courses.
An a la carte menu is also available.
