National Museum of Scotland

The National Museum of Scotland, in the heart of Edinburgh’s Old Town, traces Scotland’s story from fascinating fossils to popular culture. Featuring exhibits collected from all over Scotland and beyond, the collections cover life, the universe and everything in it. Part of the National Museum of Scotland complex is now closed until 2011 when the eagerly awaited £46m redevelopment will be completed.
